Password Resets, Logging Out, and Personal Settings in ServiceAI

When logged into ServiceAI, you can access your personal settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen. This will open the Personal Settings menu, where you can take several key actions as needed:

• Changing Your Password

A Note on the Redesigned Login Screen

When you next sign back in to ServiceAI — for example, after changing your password or logging out — you will see ServiceAI's updated v2 login experience:

• A cream-gradient brand panel on the left in light mode, switching to a dark navy panel in dark mode, with the sign-in form on the right
• Inline, field-level error messages displayed directly underneath the relevant input (email, password, OTP, etc.) instead of a single banner alert at the top
• Automatic focus on the next input at each step, so the cursor lands in the right place after entering your email, after a redirect, and at the OTP screen
• Hardening for browser password managers and one-time-passcode autofill, so saved credentials and OTP codes fill correctly
• A steadier org-selection list when your email belongs to more than one ServiceAI tenant

Functionally, the login flow is the same — only the look, error placement, and focus behavior have changed.

Logging Out of ServiceAI

To log out of ServiceAI:

1. Click your name at the top right of the screen
2. Click the red Logout button to securely sign out of your ServiceAI account

Theme Settings

To change the color theme of ServiceAI:

1. Click your name at the top right of the screen
2. Toggle Dark Mode on or off to switch between light and dark themes for the application interface

Changing Your Password

To change your password:

1. Click your name at the top right of the screen
2. Enter your new password in the New Password field
3. Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field to verify it matches
4. Click the Change Password button

Note: Your new password will take effect on your next login to ServiceAI.

Security Reminder

Always use a strong, unique password for your ServiceAI account and log out when finished, especially on shared computers.
