All About ServiceAI's Recommendations Tab

The Recommendations tab has been replaced by the Issues tab.

Recommendations are now one type of issue in ServiceAI's unified Issues queue, alongside proposed triage rules, article drafts, exclusions, agent feedback, and tasks. Existing links and bookmarks to the Recommendations tab (/recommendations) redirect automatically to the Issues tab (/issues).
