April 2025 CloudRadial Starter Sample Content

This article introduces new content packages now available in CloudRadial. These packages are archived inside ZIP folders for easy upload/merge into your current CloudRadial tenant.

How to Upload Content Packages to Your CloudRadial Tenant

To import content packages into your CloudRadial tenant:

1. Navigate to Partner > Content in your CloudRadial tenant
2. Click on the Import option in the top right of the screen
   
                              
   
   
3. Upload your ZIP file(s) containing the content - do not unpack the ZIP files first!
4. After uploading, the imported content will appear in Partner > Content with an Unpublished status and an Imported label
5. To deploy the content to your clients, select the imported package and click Publish
   • If needed, you can first customize which company groups should receive the content through the package settings

Newest Content Packages Available

As changes to Microsoft products, user best practices, and partner feedback come in, we continuously update our sample content to match the times. Our latest update reflects these changes and makes it even easier for Partners to use the portal with more lightweight and topical content.

What's Changed?

Note that not all content has changed - just the ones highlighted below, since our last sample/starter content update in March 2023.

The content packages below are the only ones that have changed since March 2023, so if you have been a Partner since then, you'll want to download these updated versions.

• Welcome Message Content Package: A refreshed "welcome to the portal" message with a professionally designed template that can be easily customized to match your branding.

Knowledge Base (KB) Articles

• New Microsoft 365 package with dedicated articles covering common M365 questions and workflows

• New Portal Administration package that consolidates administrative guides with integrated views for easier portal management

• New General User package that consolidates end-user guides to simplify management 

Quick Starts

• Quick Start Guides Content Package: Refreshed guides with irrelevant content removed and a new Microsoft Copilot integration guide added.

Dashboards

• Updated Dashboards Content Package:
  • Added new Network Speed Test dashboard
  • Added new Cybersecurity Map dashboard
  • Removed the outdated COVID-19 dashboard

Current Complete Starter Sample Content Package

If you want a copy of all of the most up-to-date content pacakges, you can download a complete ZIP archive of them from the link below. Please read the instructions below carefully.  

Before importing the content package:

• Click the link below to download the content ZIP 
  • This ZIP is a regular archive containing multiple CloudRadial content packages
• Extract the ZIP file as normal. This will lead to you seeing each category of content in a folder.
  • Each folder will contain specific CloudRadial ZIP files that you can upload into your portal.
    • Do not unzip these files. These content packages should remain in a .ZIP format
  • You can pick and choose which of these individual ZIP files to add to content.
