365 User Information Showing Up as Anonymous (Numeric Strings)

Because of a certain M365 setting, you may notice randomized letters and numbers in the place of user's name and data. This is because the data for the tenant has been set to anonymous.

To make sure it shows up properly in CloudRadial:

1. Go to https://portal.office.com (for you on the client affected)
   1. You're looking for the Admin Center here
2. Go to Settings > Org Settings, and then Reports.
3. Disable the Display anonymous identifiers instead of names in all reports setting.
