Adding Feedback Templates to Outbound Emails

CloudRadial provides the email HTML you'll need to add feedback (CSAT) surveys to the bottom of your PSA emails. For specific PSA instructions, select the supported options below:

• CSAT for ConnectWise
• CSAT for Autotask
• CSAT for Syncro
• CSAT for Kaseya BMS
• CSAT for Halo PSA

General CSAT Information

Templates are provided for using images and for no images. The choice of template is up to you, but the no images template works better with Outlook users since there are no images that require download. 

The email templates are designed to match the requirements of your PSA so that user information is substituted for the tokens using your PSA email template settings. Be sure and customize the templates with your verbiage or colors as you see fit. Only the URLs should remain unchanged.
