UPDATED INFO - New updates have revised the way ticket update broadcasts are handled. For ConnectWise, please go to Partner Settings -> PSA and look for the settings for Ticket Broadcast. Enter a list of boards and statuses that you want users to be notified from. If you are using specific customer boards and want broadcasts from those boards they must be listed here as well. Updates can take up to 30 minutes to appear for users depending on system activity.
ConnectWise Ticket Updates
For ConnectWise, you can also enable message updates for users as their tickets are updated. To enable ticket update messages, go to Partner Settings. Under the display status for ConnectWise boards is the option to enable or disable ticket updates.
Once ticket updates are enabled in CloudRadial, in ConnectWise you can go to Settings -> Members -> API Callbacks to see a list of the webhooks set for CloudRadial notifications.
