Today, we're going to be looking at how to create a custom service request catalog.
Start by navigating down to the partner section of CloudRadial, specifically in the content subsection.
From here, we're going to Scroll down to the service request area.
We recommend modifying the existing Sample service catalog.
You can create one from scratch, but modifying the existing one is a good way to get up and running quickly.
Once you're in it, go ahead and click save as this will make a copy that you can modify to your heart's content.
In this case, I'm just going to leave it as the default name, but you can call it whatever you'd like.
As you can see, we're in the new one, the status of every single service is unpublished.
That's because it's in sandbox mode.
You can build, add, and remove options to customize it however you need.
Let's take encrypted emails as an example.
I can change the category by making it whatever I like.
Hitting enter will create a new category or I can type in things to pull up existing categories like phones.
Then I'd modify fields like subject, description, button, text, price, icon and more.
Be sure to change the fields to make sense for the individual service you're adding.
You don't want questions coming up that don't make sense.
At the top, you'll also see that there are options for confirmation routing and checklists.
Play around with those to get combinations that work for you and your clients.
Once you're happy with it, go ahead and click save as or if you want to DELETE ones that don't make sense for your business, hit the trash can.
Once you're happy with it, we're going to have to assign this to clients.
Start by hitting the settings function.
We're going to navigate over to subscribers and this tab you can click on these one by one and it will populate in their service catalog.
However, there's a faster way to do it.
Hit this edit button at the top.
If you add clients to groups, you can move them over and have it populate to all the groups.
Every client in this group will receive the new service catalog, hit submit when you're done.
Now that we're happy with it, we're gonna hit publish.
It's now live to double-check.
We'll go back to the content section here.
Scroll back down.
Here's our new service catalog and we can see that it's live to the account manager Group B.
