Calculating Your Bill

Your service renews monthly determined by your subscription start date.

Your bill may vary month-to-month based on your usage, calculated as the maximum of either:

1. The number of agents you've deployed, or
2. The number of synced users

As reference on our pricing page at https://www.cloudradial.com/pricing, a user is either a synced user or a deployed agent.

• Your bill will be based on the larger number of users or endpoints. 
• Example: If you have 500 users and 600 endpoints, your synced users count will be 600. 

Your usage is calculated based on the totals just prior to your billing. There are no charges (or credits) as you add or remove users throughout the month.
