The CloudRadial application adheres to the attachment setting in Connectwise: 'Don't display in Customer Portal' (pictured below).
By default, Connectwise will add all ticket attachments submitted by technicians with the above setting selected. Uncheck 'Don't display in Customer Portal' on the attachment to have them displayed in CloudRadial chat.
How-To Fix Globally
To change the way ConnectWise adds attachments on a global scale, you can navigate to System > My Company and change the Attachment Security setting to 'Public'.
