This article serves as a living repository for content that is in current or past iterations of CloudRadial. The content is archived inside ZIP folders for easy upload/merge into your current CloudRadial tenant.

Current Starter Content (March 2023)
Please read the following before importing the content package:
- Click the link below to download the content ZIP
- Extract the ZIP file as normal. This will lead to you seeing each category of content in a folder.
- Each folder will contain specific CloudRadial ZIP files that you can upload into your portal.
- You can pick and choose which of these smaller ZIP files to add to content.
- Please read the article on how to import content for more detailed instructions.

This collection contains:
- Articles: Three distinct content packages with articles on how to use the portal. Two additional content packages with starter content on Google and M365 usage.
- Assessments: An onboarding and a NIST 800-171 assessment in separate packages
- Courses: Courses for customer service training for internal helpdesk teams, Microsoft Teams, HIPAA, and a general cybersecurity course in their own unique content packages.
- Dashboards: A set of multi-faceted dashboards covering various reporting elements in CloudRadial.
- Menu Applications: Two packages of Microsoft 365 applications that are most popular with end users. One package of business applications that contain links to other apps, such as HubSpot.
- Messages: A general "welcome to the portal" message.
- Planner Cards: Planner cards with native images to cover the most common services rendered by MSPs.
- Policies: Four distinct policy packages, split across applications, domains & licenses, endpoints, and servers.
- Problem Reports: A simplified issue package with fewer options that is streamlined for end-user adoption.
- Quick Starts: Microsoft 365 general guides on usage of Teams apps, Outlook mobile, and more.
- Service Requests: Two simplified service request packages with fewer options that are streamlined for end-user adoption.
