Folders group the workflows on your Workflows list so a large workspace stays organized. CloudRadial AutomationAI groups the list by folder, gives you a dialog to create and maintain folders, and keeps any unfiled workflow in a dedicated group. This article is for workspace users with the Admin role or higher.
How the List Is Grouped
The Workflows list groups workflows by their folder. Any workflow that has not been filed appears under the Unfiled group, so every workflow is always visible somewhere in the list.
Managing Folders
On the Workflows page, select Manage folders to open the Manage folders dialog. From there you can:
- Create a folder by entering a name in New folder name and selecting Add
- Rename a folder, which opens the Rename folder dialog where you edit the name and select Save
- Delete a folder from the Delete folder dialog
Deleting a folder never deletes the workflows inside it. Any workflows in a deleted folder are kept and moved to Unfiled.
Assigning a Workflow to a Folder
Move a workflow into a folder by dragging it onto the folder in the Workflows list. AutomationAI confirms the move and the workflow appears under its new group. Move a workflow back out the same way to return it to Unfiled.
