When CloudRadial AutomationAI cannot deliver email to a member, it suspends email to that account so it stops retrying a bad address. This article explains what email suspension is and how to clear it. It is for the Owner and Admin roles.
What Email Suspension Is
Email suspension is an automatic soft-disable that AutomationAI applies to a member when email delivery to their address fails. It stops further email to that address until the underlying problem is fixed and the suspension is cleared. It does not delete the member.
Spotting a Suspended Account
On Settings > Team, a suspended member shows an Email suspended marker in the Email status column instead of Active. Hovering the marker shows the reason the email was reported undeliverable.
Clearing the Suspension
Once the email address is working again, clear the suspension from Settings > Team.
- Select the suspended member's row to open the edit dialog
- Confirm or correct their email address
- Select Clear suspension
The Clear suspension action appears only for a member who is currently suspended. Clearing it re-enables email to that member, and their Email status returns to Active.
