Your subscription, edition, and billing portal

The Overview page in CloudRadial AutomationAI shows your workspace's subscription at a glance and holds the workspace-wide security policy. This article covers your edition and limits, the billing portal link, the MFA-required toggle, and the Outbound IP. It is for the Owner role.

Opening the Overview Page

Open Settings > Overview. The subscription summary is visible to any member, while the workspace settings below it can be changed only by the Owner; Admins see them read-only.

Your Subscription and Edition

The Subscription section lists your plan details.

• Edition — your subscription tier
• Runners allowed — how many runners your edition permits (or Unlimited)
• Instances / runner — how many instances each runner may scale to
• Included credits — the Usage Credits bundled per billing period

The Billing Portal

The Billing portal link opens the Zoho-hosted portal where your subscription is billed, in a new tab. Use it to manage billing details for your workspace.

Requiring MFA for Every User

The MFA required for every user toggle is the workspace security policy. When enabled, every user must enroll a TOTP authenticator and cannot disable it. Only the Owner can change this setting; after toggling it, select Save tenant settings to apply.

The Outbound IP

The Outbound IP allowlist section shows the address AutomationAI uses to reach your systems from your workflows. If any of your systems restrict access by IP, allowlist this address so workflows can reach them. Use the Copy button to copy it.
