The Overview page in CloudRadial AutomationAI shows your workspace's subscription at a glance and holds the workspace-wide security policy. This article covers your account manager, your edition and limits, the billing portal link, the MFA-required toggle, and the Outbound IP. It is for the Owner role.

Opening the Overview Page
Open Settings > Overview. The account manager card and the subscription summary are visible to every role. The workspace settings below them, including the Outbound IP, can be changed only by the Owner. Admins see them read-only, and Members see a notice that they do not have access to them.
Your Account Manager
The Account Manager card at the top of the page shows your CloudRadial account manager: their name, their email address (select it to start an email), and, when they have a scheduling link, a Book a meeting button that opens their calendar in a new tab. If no account manager is assigned to your workspace yet, the card reads Contact your account manager at success@cloudradial.com. CloudRadial updates these details once a day, so a change of account manager can take up to a day to appear on the card.
Your Subscription and Edition
The Subscription section lists your plan details:
- Edition: your subscription tier.
- Runners allowed: how many runners your edition permits, or Unlimited.
- Instances / runner: how many instances each runner may scale to.
- Included credits: the Usage Credits bundled per billing period.
For detailed consumption, see the Usage page (/settings/usage).
The Billing Portal
The Billing portal link opens the Zoho-hosted portal where your subscription is billed, in a new tab. Use it to manage billing details for your workspace.
Requiring MFA for Every User
The MFA required for every user toggle is the workspace security policy. When enabled, every user who signs in with an email and password must enroll a TOTP authenticator and cannot disable it. Microsoft 365 and Google sign-ins are exempt, because the identity provider runs its own multi-factor challenge. If password sign-in is disabled for your workspace, this toggle is unavailable, since there is nothing left for it to enforce; see the article on requiring single sign-on for your workspace. Only the Owner can change this setting. After toggling it, select Save tenant settings to apply.
The Outbound IP
The Outbound IP allowlist section shows the address AutomationAI uses to reach your systems from your workflows. If any of your systems restrict access by IP, allowlist this address so workflows can reach them. Use the Copy button to copy it.
