Changing your password

This article explains how to change or set your CloudRadial AutomationAI password and how that relates to the way you sign in. It applies to all roles.

Changing Your Password

Your password is managed on its own page in your personal settings.

1. Go to Personal Settings > Password (/personal-settings/password).
2. If you already have a password, enter your Current password.
3. Enter your New password, then re-enter it under Confirm new password.
4. Select Change password.

A common reason to do this is to replace the temporary password that was emailed when your account was created.

Password Requirements

A new password must be at least 8 characters long, and the new password and its confirmation must match. AutomationAI will not let you submit until both conditions are met.

How This Relates to Your Sign-In Method

You don't need a password if you sign in with Microsoft, Google, or an emailed sign-in code. If you'd like to sign in with a password as well, this page lets you set one — when you don't yet have a password, the page reads Set a password and does not ask for a current password. Once a password is set, you can sign in with your email and password in addition to your other methods.
