Opening the Team Page
Open Settings > Team. It lists the people who can sign in to your workspace. Owners and Admins can manage members; Members see a read-only notice.
Roles and Who Can Manage Whom
Each member has one of three Roles.
- Owner — full control, including managing other Owners
- Admin — can manage Members and Admins, but not Owners
- Member — works with automations but cannot manage the team
Admins can add and edit Members and Admins; only an Owner can manage Owners or assign the Owner role.
The Member List
The list shows each member's name, email, and Role, along with:
- MFA — whether the member has enrolled a multi-factor authenticator
- Last login — when they last signed in
- Email status — Active, or Email suspended if delivery to them has failed
Columns are added as the window widens. Select a member's row to edit them.
Adding a Member
- Select Add member
- Enter the email address, display name, and Role
- Select Add
For a brand-new user, a temporary password is generated and shown once; a sign-in link with that password is also emailed to them. You can copy the temporary password to share it directly. The new member should change it after signing in.
Editing a Member and Resetting a Password
Select a member's row to open the edit dialog, where you can change their email, display name, or Role. From the same dialog you can:
- Reset password — generate a fresh temporary password, shown once and also emailed to the member
- Clear suspension — re-enable email for a member whose account is email-suspended (shown only when applicable)
Removing a Member
To remove a member, open their edit dialog and select Remove, then confirm. The member loses access to the workspace's automations. You cannot remove your own account from this dialog.
