Opening the Feedback Dialog
Open Extensions and select Send feedback in the page header. The feedback dialog opens.
Choosing a Feedback Type
Select a Feedback type. The dialog adjusts the fields it asks for based on your choice:
- Suggest a new extension — name the vendor or product you want integrated, then describe what you would use it for
- Improve an existing extension — pick the extension, then describe the change
- Script generation issue — pick the extension, then describe what went wrong with the generated script
- Other / general feedback — optionally tie it to an extension, then share your feedback
What to Include
Always include a message describing your request or problem; the dialog will not let you send without one. Depending on the feedback type, also provide the vendor or product name (for a new extension) or select the extension your feedback is about (for an improvement or a script issue). Add as much detail as you can so the team can act on it.
Where Your Submission Goes
Selecting Send feedback opens a support ticket with the CloudRadial team on your behalf. The team follows up with you by email.
