CloudRadial AutomationAI connects to ServiceAI through an Integration Key — a static key that lets ServiceAI import the published webhooks from your workspace. This article explains what the key is and how to generate, regenerate, and revoke it. It is for the Owner and Admin roles.

What the Integration Key Is
The Integration Key is a static API key that ServiceAI presents to AutomationAI to read your workspace's published webhook catalog. You generate the key here, then paste it into ServiceAI along with the endpoint shown on the same page. Manage it from Settings > Integrations. Owners and Admins can generate or revoke the key; Members see a read-only notice.
Generating the Key
On Settings > Integrations, the page shows the endpoint to give ServiceAI and the current key status.
- Select Generate key
- Copy the key from the dialog while it is shown
- Paste the key and the endpoint into ServiceAI to finish connecting
While a key is active, the page shows its prefix, when it was created, and when it was last used.
Regenerating or Revoking the Key
If the key is lost or needs to be rotated, select Regenerate. Regenerating revokes the current key immediately and mints a new one, so ServiceAI must be updated with the new key or its next call is denied. To disable the integration entirely, select Revoke; ServiceAI is denied on its next call until you generate a new key.
A Single Active Key, Shown Once
A workspace has only one active Integration Key at a time, and the full key is shown only once, at creation. Copy it immediately. If it is lost, you cannot retrieve it — regenerate to get a new one.
