The Usage page in CloudRadial AutomationAI shows your workspace's AI consumption: the current period at a glance, a breakdown by model, a historical chart, and a daily usage log. This article explains how to read each part and how to interpret overage. It is for the Owner and Admin roles.

Opening the Usage Page
Open the Usage page (/settings/usage) from the workspace settings. It opens to the current billing period.
The Current-Period Summary
The top of the page shows your plan details — edition, runners allowed, and instances per runner — followed by three Credit totals for the current period.
- Included credits — the Credits bundled with your edition for the period
- Used credits — the Credits consumed so far in the period
- Overage credits — the Credits used beyond your Included Credits
Credit Usage by AI Model
When the period has usage, a Credit usage by AI model breakdown lists each model and the Credits it consumed, shown as proportional bars. Use it to see which models drive your consumption.
The Historical Usage Chart
The Historical usage chart plots Credits used per period as columns. Use the range selector to switch between the last 3, 6, or 12 months. If no usage has been recorded yet, the chart area notes that instead.
The Usage Log
The Usage log is a paged grid of daily totals, each row showing a date and the Credits consumed that day. It is sortable, and the page size can be set to 20, 50, or 100 rows. The summary cards aggregate the same underlying usage that the daily log itemizes by day, so the daily rows roll up into the current-period totals.
Interpreting Overage
While Used credits stay at or below Included credits, overage is zero. Once usage passes your Included Credits, the excess appears as Overage credits, and that overage is what gets invoiced. To see what is driving overage, compare the by-model breakdown and the daily log for the period.
