ServiceAI supports various ticketing systems and professional service automation (PSA) tools, along with their associated documentation repositories. By integrating these systems, ServiceAI can:
- Provide a comprehensive analysis of your service desk performance through RPS values.
- Assess the readiness for AI automation across tickets, companies, agents, and more.
- Identify documentation gaps that may impact efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate safe AI testing by your team prior to client deployment.
Once connected, ServiceAI will begin analyzing your ticket data immediately. Initial RPS values and insights are generally available within hours of integration, although specific times may vary depending on the volume of ticket data synced.

Picklist Refresh Errors
If ServiceAI encounters an error while refreshing picklist data from your PSA (such as expired credentials or an API access issue), the error message is now shown directly on the Settings > Integrations page next to the affected integration.
The integration will show a Problems status indicator when a picklist refresh fails. Hover over or click the status for details.
Common causes include:
- Expired or revoked API credentials
- Insufficient permissions on the PSA API account used by ServiceAI
- Temporary PSA API outages
To resolve, verify your credentials under Settings > Integrations and trigger a manual picklist refresh.
