Report templates have many different options. Here I will detail what information they add to the QBR. You can find this in Partner > Settings > Report Layout. Then the data can be used to present to clients in their Account > Reports section of their portal A custom report will be built for each client.
When using this report, each time the report tab is opened the report is generated, the idea is that you preview the data in the portal, and then when the report is complete print and send the PDF to the clients.
- Recommendation - Look at your report information five days ahead and give yourself time to correct any errors, then look at the information the day of the QBR to make sure no changes have occurred and refresh yourself on the data. You may want to print out the report a few days ahead of time if there are expected changes in the portal on the day of the QBR. These actions will make you more confident in what you are about to present to the client, and over time become more knowledgeable about the client.

This section will show an overview of the users listed in Usage > Users.

This page covers the overall heatmap for your Planner and Policies. These are selected when adding a Planner card and can be edited in Partner > Settings > Planner Categories.
Account Planner Cards
Found in Account > Planner > Board.
Account Plan List
Found in Account > Planner > List. This is a list view of the Planner Cards. Depending on your clients, they may prefer cards or a list.
Policy Review
This section covers how to review the policies you have set up with the client. The policies are set in Partner > Content > Policies, and the exceptions to the policies are found in Compliance > Policies.
- A great example is shown below with Windows 11 readiness scores. You may require your client have up to date operating systems, and when one of the machines is flagged by the policy you can ask the client to upgrade.
Product Literature
Items shown here are found in Partner > Content > Planner. This is the place in the QBR where you highlight the planned items you have available or scheduled and explain what they are and why they are the best products for your clients. When editing this literature, remember that headers act as page breaks in the report.
Product Category Literature
The Product Category Literature describes what the product categories are and highlights their importance. These items can be edited in Partner > Settings > Planner Categories.
Feedback
This section shows what is found in Account > Feedback. It's a great starting point for discussing with your clients how you can better serve them, address any bad feedback received, and show how much the end users love your team.
Infrastructure Review
This section of the QBR report shows a high-level overview of the tabs located inside the Infrastructure area.
Domains

Some clients may want more individual details from the Endpoints. This information is found in Infrastructure > Endpoints > Select Machine.
Server Summary

Servers Detail
Found in Infrastructure > Servers > Select Server.
Software Summary
This option shows all of the installed software and how many times it has been installed. This can be good for highlighting the fact no bad software is installed, or giving the client piece of mind as they review the list. This information is pulled from Infrastructure > Software.
As you can see in the screenshot below, each version of the software is also listed.
Microsoft Licenses
This section highlights what is found in Usage > Licenses
Notes
This section is to give the partner a location for additional handwritten notes during an in-person QBR. No information will show up in this section. These notes can then be scanned and uploaded into the Planner > Meetings section when a meeting is completed. This gives both the partner and the client the option to review these items.
