This article explains how to find your tickets once they have been submitted. You can then track their progress and see any updates.
Go to Support.cloudradial.com
When you enter the portal, along with seeing help articles, there is a profile link on the top right of the screen.
Now you will be presented with the option to log in or sign up.
Once Logged in, you will now see your profile in the top right corner of the screen.
To see your tickets, view 'My Activities'.
Once inside the portal, you can also see
- Tickets you created
- Tickets you are CC'd on
- Articles you are following
- Contributions to articles(comments)
