Strategic Direction
This month, our development team has focused on refining the ticket management experience with improved synchronization and detailed view options, enhancing role assignment functionality with better visualization of permissions, and optimizing Partner Center Home with new insightful charts.
We've also addressed critical resource usage issues to ensure optimal platform performance, addressing outages and issues stemming from the swap to OIDC authentication.
For the upcoming period, our team is focusing on:

Role Management Clarity. We're improving role management with clearer labeling, better visualization of direct and inherited permissions, and refined assignment workflows to make user access control more intuitive.

Performance Optimization. We're addressing resource usage across the platform, particularly in ticket synchronization processes, to ensure consistent performance and reliability as your data grows. We are also working on OIDC authentication issues with token refresh timing issues.
- Partner Center Dashboard Enhancement. We're adding new visualization tools, including Windows 10 Risk & Opportunity Chart, Endpoint Aging, and License Utilization to provide better insights into your client environments.

Feature and Feature Updates

Support Ticket Detail Blade - Implemented a comprehensive Support Ticket Detail blade that provides detailed ticket information, comment history, and feedback details all in one place for more efficient ticket management.

Enhanced Role Assignment Visualization - Now showing direct and inherited Role Assignments for users on the User Blade, displaying "Partner" scope for partner-scoped role assignments on the grid, and implementing improved sorting for Companies, Company Groups, Users, & User Groups in the assignment blade.
This is a part of our new Security Roles revamp and will be available in the coming months. -
Windows Risk Assessment - Updated the Windows 11 Readiness Policy to more accurately assess device compatibility and added a Windows 10 Risk & Opportunity Chart to the Partner Home for better visualization of client endpoint risk.

Partner Center Refinements - Completed final Partner Center styling for release, added the new Partner Home page to Security > Roles, and updated the Microsoft Partner Center logo for consistent branding.

Role Assignment Workflow Improvements - Enhanced the Role Assignment Blade to reset fields when selections change, renamed "Members" to "Member Type" for clarity, changed "Review & Submit" to just "Review", and implemented Partner Access Filtering for more intuitive role management.
Bug Fixes

Ticket Synchronization (Bug Fix) - Resolved multiple issues with ticket synchronization, including failures for Autotask, Halo, and ConnectWise. Fixed SyncSingleTicket job not setting Base Ticket SyncDate, addressed problems with tickets from 2021 being synced, and corrected issues with the last synced date not appearing for non-Partner companies.

Role Management (Bug Fix) - Fixed numerous role management issues, including inability to filter by Name on the Role Assignments Grid, problems with deleted role assignments leaving users with no roles, incorrect display of Partner permission as the default highest permission, and inability to delete roles with assigned users.

User Interface (Bug Fix) - Addressed UI issues, including header scripts not working, CloudRadial News icon displaying for all users (rather than just Partner-level users), missing modules in roles that don't show in the sidebar, and Partner Home donut chart sizing displaying incorrectly.

Feedback and Communication (Bug Fix) - Fixed problems with Syncro feedback submissions, ensured comments added with feedback are properly displayed in ConnectWise PSA, added a missing "Please contact me" option in the Support Ticket Blade, and added tooltips to feedback icons.

System Performance (Bug Fix) - Resolved issues with cloudradial-worker running at 100% CPU, fixed ticket sync resource usage problems, and addressed CPU data and performance data not being populated correctly.

Assessment and Policy (Bug Fix) - Fixed issues with opening assessment items, corrected Windows 11 Readiness policy to properly handle unsupported CPUs, and resolved PSA routing options not changing during Assessment updates from Excel.
Performance Improvements

Ticket Synchronization Optimization (Performance Improvement) - Implemented comprehensive improvements to ticket synchronization resource usage, made the ticket sync job visible in reports, and updated the process to store rolling cutoff dates for SyncLog on job completion for more efficient nightly syncs.

Database Cleanup (Performance Improvement) - Executed migration to remove previously synced base ticket rows, reducing database size and improving performance. Implemented better handling of ticket sync after cleanup jobs to prevent partial synchronization.

User Management Simplification (Performance Improvement) - Removed the Endpoints tab from User Details Blade and renamed 'Partner' permission to 'Full' for clearer understanding of access levels.

License Management (Performance Improvement) - Added a License Utilization Chart using Kendo Area Chart for better visualization and removed Suspended License Count from Usage > Licenses Grid to streamline the license management interface.

System Reliability (Performance Improvement) - We have scaled publishing jobs to be faster and more reliable, and fixed issues with Daily Digest jobs not running for client organizations to ensure consistent platform performance.
Coming Soon
We're continuing to enhance the Partner Center with additional visualization tools, including comprehensive endpoint management charts and improved license utilization analytics.
We're also developing more efficient role management interfaces to streamline user permission administration. These enhancements will provide better insights into your client environments and make platform management more intuitive.
