Strategic Direction
This month, our development team has focused on enhancing ticket management with comprehensive syncing across PSA platforms, improving Partner Center visualization with updated styling and charts, and refining our navigation experience.
We've also made significant progress in endpoint data management and role assignment infrastructure to provide more accurate reporting and more efficient user management.
For the upcoming period, our team is focusing on:

Enhanced Ticket Management. We're implementing a mass improvement of synchronized ticket data across all major PSA platforms (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Halo, Syncro) with further improved grid presentation and filtering to provide unified ticket visibility.

Navigation and UI Refinement. We're improving sidebar navigation with retained menu selection, tooltips, and better highlighting to create a more intuitive user experience across the platform.
- Infrastructure Optimization. We're enhancing our database structure with improved relationships, health checks, and monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance as your data grows.

Feature and Feature Updates

Unified Ticket Syncing - Implemented improved ticket synchronization for ConnectWise, Kaseya, Halo, and Syncro, providing a comprehensive view of ticket status and details across all major PSA platforms directly within CloudRadial.

Partner Center Enhancements - Updated our upcoming visualization project (codenamed Partner Center) with better styling. We also added a Policy Alignment Chart on the Partner Overview Dashboard and implemented "No Records" messages for Partner Center Home Charts for improved visualization and user experience.

Improved Navigation - Added the ability to retain menu selection when subpages are viewed, and implemented tooltips for sidebar menu items. The sidebar subsection highlighting has been improved when navigating to the corresponding pages.

Reorganized Menu Structure - Moved Users back to Clients and renamed 'Users & Access Control' back to 'Security' based on Partner feedback. Company Groups have been moved to under Partner > Clients for better organization.
Bug Fixes

Assessment Functionality (Bug Fix) - Fixed issues where users were unable to view assessment questions in the portal and resolved timeouts when opening Assessment items from the Recommendations page. Also addressed problems with Autotask checklist items not being added correctly when submitted from Assessment items.

Endpoint Data (Bug Fix) - Resolved multiple endpoint data issues, including incorrect encryption status display, missing memory data for newly added endpoints, duplicated hard drive data, and missing DattoRMM items of type Laptop and Desktop. Fixed the issue where the OneDrive column on the Infrastructure > Endpoints page always showed "No".

PSA Integration (Bug Fix) - Fixed numerous PSA integration issues, including Syncro service requests creating unnecessary advisories, CachePartnerTicketDataJob not resolving configured tokens, ConnectWise ticket syncing breaking on some records, and problems with Halo user names missing in feedback notifications.

User Interface (Bug Fix) - Resolved the issue where the Support Home tile showed options disabled in the Feature Set, fixed right-click "Open in new tab" functionality for Menu Items, and corrected client picker dropdown contents not meeting specifications.

Authentication and Performance (Bug Fix) - Fixed timeout errors during portal login, addressed 500 errors when opening feedback audit logs for older feedback, and resolved JWT SwapToken issues.

Policy Application (Bug Fix) - Fixed an issue where Windows policies were being run on macOS devices and corrected Dell warranty information not populating correctly.
Performance Improvements

Endpoint Management (Performance Improvement) - Improved endpoint mapping, implemented hard delete for endpoint mappings, and fixed duplicate EndpointUserInfo bug, resulting in more accurate device reporting and reduced database size.

Database Optimization (Performance Improvement) - Created a job to monitor table sizes, added a foreign key for PartnerGroupId in PartnerCompanyGroup, and began purging soft deletes older than 30 days to improve database performance.

Ticket Management (Performance Improvement) - Added Date Completed and Source fields to the BaseTicket table for better reporting and implemented more efficient ticket update mechanisms via the Sync Job.

Infrastructure Enhancement (Performance Improvement) - Implemented Azure API Gateway, added X-Forwarded-Host to Auth server telemetry to aid debugging, and implemented health checks for workflow server and auth server.

Feedback System (Performance Improvement) - Migrated feedback data to a more efficient structure and removed legacy Feedback SettingsJson columns, improving system performance when handling feedback data.
Coming Soon
We're continuing to enhance our ticket management capabilities with improved filtering, sorting, and visualization tools. The Partner Center visualization will receive additional dashboard components and reporting features to provide better insights into your client environments.
We're also developing new health monitoring systems to ensure optimal platform performance and reliability as your usage grows.
