Strategic Direction
This month, our development team has focused on enhancing user management with our new Users & Access Control system, improving our visualization project (codenamed Partner Center) with advanced charts and global components, and integrating our platform with Pia SmartForms.
We've also made significant strides in diagnostic capabilities and addressed key performance issues to ensure a more stable and responsive platform.
For the upcoming period, our team is focusing on:

Users & Access Control Enhancement. We're continuing to refine our new user management interface with improved role assignment tools, better grid visualization, and more intuitive blade designs to make user administration more efficient.

Partner Center Optimization. We're restructuring the Partner Center home page with advanced Kendo charts, global components, and improved visualization tools to provide better insights into your client environments.
- Service Catalog Expansion. We're enhancing the Service Catalog with Pia SmartForms integration, improved support page rendering, and additional service management capabilities to give you more flexibility in client service offerings.

Feature and Feature Updates

Updated User Management - Implemented an updated Users Grid for Partners with enhanced filtering options and a redesigned User Details blade. Added new columns for policy exceptions and email digest settings, providing more comprehensive user information at a glance.

Partner Center Visualization - Added Client Picker and Date Range Picker components that update chart data scope dynamically. Implemented Kendo Charts for Feedback Donut visualization and added Ticket Charts to the Service Desk Area on Partner Overview.

Pia SmartForms Integration (Coming Soon!) - Added the ability for Partner Admins to add PIA forms to the Service Catalog with integrated login. Support pages now render PIA forms, and form IDs are mapped to partner content publish for seamless integration.

CLI Experience for Developers - Created a streamlined CLI experience for building the API, improving development efficiency, and reducing build times.
Bug Fixes

User Management and Permissions (Bug Fix) - Fixed numerous issues with the new user management interface, including role creation 400 errors, collapsed state persistence after sorting, and problems with displaying tabs in the roles page. Resolved issues with user groups only being accessible to partners and not the intended companies.

Assessments and Forms (Bug Fix) - Fixed an issue where users were unable to add responses for text-type questions in Assessments. Resolved the missing UI element for setting placeholder values on form questions. Also fixed issues with Compliance > Reports appearing blank for specific partners.

PSA Integration (Bug Fix) - Addressed multiple PSA integration issues, including Kaseya attachments linked to internal notes being displayed in the portal, Halo Test Credentials giving errors despite correct credentials, and Halo ticket numbers not displaying with success messages.

Partner Center and UI (Bug Fix) - Fixed the missing Submit button for "New User? Request an account", resolved gateway timeout errors on the Endpoints page, and corrected issues with Client Picker positioning on screen. Fixed impersonation problems when using "Impersonate as Admin" functionality.

Policy and Compliance (Bug Fix) - Improved performance of PolicyJob for large companies and resolved memory exceptions. Fixed issues with policy exception columns, added the word 'EXCEPTIONS' to the Anti-Virus Installed chart, and corrected Policy 0 not being implemented correctly.

Localization and Configuration (Bug Fix) - Fixed client-specific language selection not working and addressed issues where companies without branding defaulted to English instead of respecting locale settings. Resolved problems with custom domain creation within the application.
Performance Improvements

Endpoint Management (Performance Improvement) - Refined endpoint entity structure, fixed duplicate battery information entries, and resolved issues with endpoint users being duplicated. Improved find-by-serial functionality for endpoints to reduce 404 errors.

Infrastructure Enhancements (Performance Improvement) - Moved migrations back to the CloudWorkerJobs VM, improved job retention by keeping jobs for 12 hours, and addressed issues with nightly jobs not executing automatically on development environments.

Database Optimization (Performance Improvement) - Added the CompanyGroup field again in migration, implemented PartnerCompanyGroup instead of CompanyGroup, and flattened Feedback.Settings while migrating data for better performance.

Authentication Security (Performance Improvement) - Enhanced Auth Server with CSP and Redirect host functionality, fixed OIDC issues in production due to CSP, and improved validation of custom property names to prevent conflicts with reserved terms.

User Interface Refinement (Performance Improvement) - Restructured the frontend for the new Role Assignment UI, improved grid filters to make 'Contains' the default option instead of 'Starts with', and fixed various UI rendering issues throughout the platform.
Coming Soon
We're continuing to enhance the Partner Center with additional visualization tools and dashboard capabilities. The Users & Access Control system will receive further refinements to role management and permission assignment.
We're also expanding our service desk functionality with improved ticket management and routing capabilities, all designed to provide a more comprehensive and intuitive platform for managing your client services.
