Strategic Direction
This month, our development team has been heavily focused on enhancing the Planner functionality with the introduction of Projects and Quotes integration, while continuing to improve our Storefront features.
We've also addressed several critical issues with our CrewHu integration and report archives to ensure you have reliable feedback and reporting mechanisms.
For the upcoming period, our team is focusing on:

Planner Expansion. We're continuing to enhance the Planner with deeper PSA integration, bringing your ConnectWise and Autotask projects and quotes directly into the planning interface for improved visibility and management.

Storefront Refinement. We're refining the new CloudRadial Storefront experience, addressing early feedback and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for your clients.
- System Reliability. We're dedicating resources to improve core system functions like report archives, feedback mechanisms, and user authentication to provide a more stable platform experience.

Feature and Feature Updates

Planner Projects & Quotes Integration - The Planner now displays ConnectWise and Autotask projects and quotes as planner cards, giving you a consolidated view of all client initiatives. This feature includes dedicated project and quote blades with relevant information, customizable display options, color-coding schemes, and comprehensive filtering capabilities.
You can now track project completion percentages, view quote details, and manage these items directly within the familiar Planner interface.

Enhanced Planner Timeline - All Planner locations now feature the new format with custom labels, providing a consistent experience throughout the platform. We've also updated the data exports to reflect current planner data, making your reporting more accurate and valuable.

Improved CrewHu Integration - We've addressed synchronization issues between CloudRadial and CrewHu, ensuring that feedback submitted in either system properly syncs to the other. This improvement includes new partner advisories if the CrewHu webhook fails, helping you quickly identify and resolve any connection issues.

ClipTraining Enhancements - ClipTraining is now available as a menu item, making it more accessible to users. We've also updated the text descriptions for ClipTraining integration on company lookups for better clarity.
- Kaseya Integration Improvement - Kaseya integration now utilizes refresh tokens, providing more reliable and secure connectivity to your Kaseya environment.
Bug Fixes

Report Archives (Bug Fix) - Fixed multiple issues with report archives, including problems with email notifications when alert conditions are met, daily digest reports sending all emails to the first company, and PSA ticket board integration not working properly.

Planner UI Issues (Bug Fix) - Resolved numerous issues with the Planner interface, including cards disappearing only after refresh, status updates when moving cards between quarters, and display problems when impersonating users with different permission levels.

Authentication and User Management (Bug Fix) - Fixed problems with user account creation by domain match, login failures when domain matching wasn't used immediately, and security role permission updates.

Storefront Issues (Bug Fix) - Addressed several early Storefront bugs, including inability to select storefronts other than "default," missing user information, and links not opening the correct storefront setup for companies.

Banner Management (Bug Fix) - Corrected the issue where banner expiry times were in UTC instead of the Partner's timezone, ensuring banners appear and expire at the intended times.

PSA Integrations (Bug Fix) - Fixed the ConnectWise Ticket Board lookup that was only returning 25 boards, resolved Halo failed ticket advisory generation, and fixed Datto RMM site ID visibility and removal issues.
- Course Content Management (Bug Fix) - Fixed problems with course thumbnail images not saving and inability to upload course images from Partner > Content.
Performance Improvements

Technical Debt Reduction (Performance Improvement) - Cleaned up the Methods.Data project and changed the static ProductHelper to a Singleton Class, improving system reliability and maintainability.

Voice Usage Support (Performance Improvement) - Added a support page explaining voice usage setup and removed hover-over click effects for a better user experience.

System Architecture Improvements (Performance Improvement) - Added Auth Server project to the solution and updated Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting.Abstractions references, strengthening our underlying architecture.

Dependency Management (Performance Improvement) - Broke the dependency between CloudRadial.ApplicationServices.Contracts and CloudRadial.DataContext, improving system modularity and reducing technical debt.
- Database Optimization (Performance Improvement) - Started denormalizing CompanyApplications, which will improve performance for application-related queries.
Coming Soon
We're continuing to expand the Planner with even deeper PSA integration, bringing additional functionality to the Projects and Quotes features. The Storefront enhancements are also progressing, with improved observability through ChurnZero integration on the horizon.
These upcoming features will further streamline your workflow and enhance the client experience within CloudRadial.
