Use this article to assist in the new set up with Teams notifications: Setting up Teams Notifications for Tickets and Feedback using Power Automate
Webhooks in CloudRadial can be triggered when users submit tickets or feedback. You can use the Teams webhook to directly send notifications to a channel in Teams.
Note: Company tokens are accepted here as well.
In Microsoft Teams
- Choose More options (⋯) next to the channel name and then choose Manage Channel.
- Select Edit from the Connectors section
- Scroll through the list of Connectors to Incoming Webhook, and choose Add.
- Enter a name for the webhook, upload an image to associate with data from the webhook, and choose Create.
- Copy the webhook to the clipboard and save it. You'll need the webhook URL for sending information to Microsoft Teams.
- Choose Done.
Please note: At the moment, webhooks generated using the "New Teams Experience" will not work with CloudRadial.
In CloudRadial
Tickets:
- Edit or create a new form (Problem Reports or Service Requests)
- Select the Routing tab
- Paste the URL in the Teams Webhook URL field
- Submit.
Feedback:
- Go to, Partner > Feedback > Settings > Edit
- Paste the URL in the Teams Webhook URL field
- Submit.
