Syncro integration is in beta and is an evolving work in progress. Current features supported are:
- Selection of Syncro as a supported PSA
- Selecting a company PSA ID
- API submission of tickets
- Automatic creation of contacts during ticket submission
Features still under development are:
- Feedback email template
- User syncing
- Ticket display
- Display of other PSA features such as invoices and quotes
- Routing and approvals
To integrate with the Syncro PSA, you will need your domain prefix and an API key.
Your API key can be obtained by:
- Click on your name to show your profile options.
- Click on Profile/Password to show your details.
- Copy the API Key just under your name.
