Companies using GSuite can still use CloudRadial for tickets and there are some special features that will enable GSuite to work easily:
- Be sure the company's email domain is setup under their Infrastructure Domains setting. This will let CloudRadial match user log ins to the right company.
- Make sure Google integration is setup for log in.
- Make sure the option - "Sync new log ins with PSA (when users log in by matched domain)" to make sure new Gsuite users we see are added back to the PSA if needed.
With these options set, GSuite users will have access to all CloudRadial features except those that require Office 365 such as Adoption reporting.
