Companies using GSuite can still use CloudRadial for tickets and there are some special features that will enable GSuite to work easily:
- Go to Partner Settings - Integrations - Google and turn on the Google log in option. This adds a Google option to the log in page.
- Go to Partner Clients, edit the company and enable the option - "Sync new log ins with PSA (when users log in by matched domain)" to make sure new Gsuite users we see are added back to the PSA if needed.
- Impersonate an admin in the company with all features and go to Infrastructure Domains. Add the company's email domain to the list. This will let CloudRadial match user log ins to the right company.
With these options set, GSuite users will have access to all CloudRadial features except those that require Office 365 such as Adoption reporting. Any user who logs in with their GSuite email will be added to your PSA contacts if they are not there already.
