Kaseya BMS integration is in beta and is an evolving work in progress. Current features supported are:
- Selection of Kaseya BMS as a supported PSA
- Selecting a company PSA ID
- API submission of tickets using catalog item routing (queue, priority, status, issue type and sub type are supported as routing options).
- Automatic creation of contacts during ticket submission
- Feedback email template
Features still under development are:
- User syncing
- Ticket display
- Display of other PSA features such as invoices and quotes
- Routing and approvals
- You will need use an existing user (employee) or create a new user with the appropriate credentials. Be sure the user ID that you use is configured with the Security Role of "Administrator".
