CloudRadial provides a pre-defined template you can add to outbound ticket emails from within Autotask. To add the template:
- Go to Partner Feedback and click the Settings button. Copy the template, "Copy to Clipboard," that is shown on this page. Make sure that Feedback is enabled. If not choose the Edit option to enable it.
- Go to Admin -> Workflow Rules.
- Edit the rule "Notify Customer of Ticket Completion".
- Click on the "Notification" tab and scroll down to the Notification Template option. Click on the pencil to edit that template.
- Choose the HTML tab at the bottom of the edit Window and paste in the template where needed in your email.
- Click the Design tab.
- Save the changes.
