CloudRadial provides a pre-defined template you can add to outbound ticket emails from within Connectwise. To add the template:
- Go to Partner Feedback and click the Settings button. Copy the template that is shown on this page. Make sure that Feedback is enabled. If not choose the Edit option to enable it.
For a All Service Boards
- Go to System -> Setup Tables and search for "Email Formats".
- Open Email Formats for Service.
- Choose the "Service Email to Customer (Closed Tickets)"
- In the Editor, choose the Source button. Paste in the template text where needed in the template.
- Click the Source button again.
- Save the changes.
