Note: This article only applies to clients on the original pricing plan. New pricing is now available on our website at https://www.cloudradial.com/pricing. Partners on the original plan may upgrade to the new pricing. Contact us for details.
For clients on the original launch pricing plan, CloudRadial pricing is based on either the number of users you allow to log into the system or the number of agents you've deployed to users (whichever is greater).
Though you may support a large number of end-users, you may still be able to lower your CloudRadial bill through a combination of techniques to make sure that CloudRadial addresses your client account management needs.
Here are some ideas to make sure your CloudRadial bill and your usage are aligned:
- Import clients into CloudRadial only as you roll out CloudRadial to them.
- Turn off "Sync Unlicensed Users" under a company's Sync settings. (Edit a company to change this setting)
- Use the Type Mapping feature to allow log ins only from your points-of-contact or business owners.
- Use the Exclusions feature to make sure that service accounts are not counted as users.
Of course, our job is to make sure that CloudRadial adds value to all of your relationships and encourage you to use it for all of your end-users. But, we want to make sure you see this benefit before you start paying for it.
