CloudRadial performs daily or on-demand synchronizations with your ConnectWise instance. If you experience difficulties syncing an individual company, check the following:
- Are you able to display tickets for any company? If so, that indicates ConnectWise access is working correctly.
- Are you syncing the correct company? Check the PSAKey setting for the company under Partner | Companies. If it is not shown, that indicates that the company is not connected to ConnectWise.
- Make sure the PSAKey shown in CloudRadial matches the Company_RecID field from ConnectWise. You may need to display this column in ConnectWise using the "List View Configuration" options.
- Is the company is set to "Inactive' or similar status in Company Finance? When inactive, a company will not sync.
