vCIO Account Planner Timeline Expansion
We've made major strides in the Planner, with this advancement being the first of many features. The first released improvement is the expansion of the timeline.
Soon, Partners will be able to add planner cards in two new flexible ways:
- To any general calendar quarter, both in the future and the past

To a scheduled project date range, containing a start and an end date
This will allow Partners to better plan for the future with their clients, making the Planner more useful. It also allows CloudRadial to expand the Planner functionalities to be better integrated into PSAs and third-party systems, which is the cornerstone of our development plans for the future of the Planner.
This is the first of many improvements coming to make the account management capabilities of CloudRadial more powerful and valuable to Partners and end users alike.
This feature will be live to all Partners within a few weeks or less from the time of this update posting.
The All-New CloudRadial Storefront
The MSP industry has been struggling to find a way to provide an accurate, reliable, profitable, and easy-to-use storefront for clients.
CloudRadial Storefront allows your users to shop for hardware, software, and services from multiple distributors while giving MSPs a customizable way to streamline and automate the quoting process. Storefront also lets you create custom stores for each client, set pricing, and even create bundles of products.
Storefront will be available in 3 tiers for Partners:

Starter (Free to all CloudRadial Partners)
- Add products from your PSA or manually

Professional
- Add products from popular distributors, such as TD Synnex, Ingram, D&H, and Pax8.

Enterprise
- Add procurement so that you can easily go straight from client orders to distributor orders
We will be discussing more details about Storefront and how it works in our upcoming July Office Hours. Storefront is expected to release in July 2024.
CloudRadial Chat Overhaul and Improvements
CloudRadial Chat is an innovative and game-changing way to engage and serve clients with both AI and robust chat capabilities. Though powerful in its own right, we're working to tightly integrate it with CloudRadial CSA and Portal 365 to be even more dynamic and useful.
Improvements to Chat include:
- Weekly summary reports to recap weekly chat activity metrics
- A graphical overhaul and UI refresh in CloudRadial CSA and Portal 365 (Coming soon)
- AI summary recapping of ticket history (Coming soon)
These new updates are the building blocks of pulling more content from your CloudRadial portal into chats initiated by clients (content such as KB articles, courses, suggested tickets, and more). This will make your chat experience much more relevant, helpful, and time-saving than any other solution on the market.

June Office Hours
June Office Hours have come and gone - but you can still catch up, even if you missed them. As always, a very special thanks to our dedicated Partners who came to share their input and offer advice on the next steps for CloudRadial.
