In this month's release, we introduce a brand-new way to make CloudRadial more accessible than ever before. We've also changed some of our development priority processes to bring more requested features to our Partners faster than ever.
Rick's Picks (and the Feature Suggestion Revamp)
This month marks the birth of Rick's Picks - a hand-picked selection of community-submitted features from our feature suggestions that Ricky Cecchini (VP of Product and author of this article) has pre-identified as both viable and helpful to the majority of CloudRadial CSA users.
This will help ensure that even good ideas without the most votes get a pair of eyes on them and have a chance at getting implemented into a monthly release schedule. We've also revamped our feature suggestion entry form to be more specific to help us prioritize and release new features faster.
This month's Rick's Picks are:
- ConnectWise Ticket Formatting - Tickets submitted from CloudRadial to ConnectWise are now formatted with bolding and line spacing to be more legible to technicians.
- "Add to Planner" Automation Activity - (Coming Soon) Added a new automation activity to add a planner card, giving Partners the flexibility to have end users create a planner card from service catalog items.

Note: This is the same survey from our Office Hours webinar series, where we will cover the past and upcoming Rick's Picks every month.
May Office Hours
May Office Hours featured Jared Woodward, one of our top Channel Success Managers. Many of you have worked with Jared as he's helped hundreds of MSPs implement CloudRadial for their business.
Ricky, Evan, and Jared discussed the recap of last month, the new Rick's Picks program, the rationale behind the upcoming CloudRadial Portal 365, and the current best practices of the planner (and the future of the planner as well, based on community input and CloudRadial's overall direction).
If you want to sign up for next month's Office Hours, you can do so using this link. It's the same link every month, so be sure to pop in and say hi. The next Office Hours will take place on Tuesday, June 18th at 11 AM CST.
