This month's release adds plenty of new features and improvements to polish and improve the usefulness of CloudRadial CSA.
PSA Projects
Our top feature request for a long time is finally here! Displaying PSA projects is now possible in CloudRadial. Though we are still in a closed beta for our ConnectWise and Autotask Partners, we plan on opening this up to everyone by the beginning of May (next week).
The status of each PSA and relative project display is as follows:
- ConnectWise PSA - Shows project and project tickets.
- Autotask - Shows project and project tickets.
- Kaseya BMS - Shows projects, but not project tickets.
- HaloPSA - Not available.
- Syncro - Not available.
We have tested significantly and ran into a loading speed issue with Kaseya BMS project tickets displaying, so we will launch without them for now(though we are working with the BMS team on workaround options).
While HaloPSA was technically possible, the lack of sorting in their API and dedicated Projects modules made the user experience subpar, so we decided against supporting it at this time.
Lastly, Syncro doesn't have a formal project management system.

Office Hours - Status Update
We've been running Office Hours for two months now and the format has changed for the better. On a personal note, we'd like to thank every attendee for their support, input, and feedback to help make CloudRadial more transparent and approachable.
This April's Office Hours featured our President and CEO Jeff Farris, who demonstrated Automations and some practical examples using a public GitHub repository (noted in the section below).
If you missed it, you can always see all of the Office Hours on YouTube:
If you want to sign up for next month's Office Hours, you can do so using this link. It's the same link every month, so be sure to pop in and say hi. The next Office Hours will take place on Tuesday, May 21st at 11 AM CST.
Automations Improvements
We've been working diligently to improve the usability of the Automations feature. To accomplish this, we've been systematically examining real-life use cases presented by Partners and building mechanisms to achieve this.
The following are changes we've made in the last month to make them silky smooth:
-
Created sample Automations GitHub repository
- Pull from a list of tested, proven Automations that will give you plug-and-play value

-
Updated the Webhook activity to work with previous activity results
- So you can chain things together like a real pro
