Another March come and gone - we hope all the Partners had a good Q1! The entire CloudRadial Team has been crazy busy behind the scenes with new initiatives to improve the product, make it more transparent, and to lay out a really strong strategy to improve the entire concept of client engagement.
Let's start with the biggest news first.
- CloudRadial Goes Multi-Product
- Core Product Name Change
- Open-Source Automations
- New Webinar Series: Office Hours
- Other Improvements
- Bug Fixes
CloudRadial Goes Multi-Product
We're going from one product to a multi-product company, which has been exciting and challenging at the same time. Being the best at client engagement requires several different approaches that are intertwined. Which is why...
- CloudRadial has acquired ChatStyle.ai, a fresh approach to chat for MSPs that combines AI, Chat, SMS, Teams, Slack, Workflows, and PSA integration all in one user experience. This new offering is CloudRadial Chat, and it starts at just $95/month.
- CloudRadial has partnered with ScoutDNS to create a unique integration that gets MSPs out of the middle of DNS security filtering and reporting by making it client-self-service focused. CloudRadial DNS is offered with competitive pricing.

Core Product Name Change
Related to the change above, we needed to differentiate the main CloudRadial product from the rest.
- CloudRadial, our core product, has been renamed CloudRadial CSA to distinguish it as the leading Client Services Automation platform.

Open-Source Automations
We launched Automations a few months ago, but we wanted to ensure that it was as useful to MSPs as possible before we really put the marketing muscle behind it. We've worked hard with support specialists, developers, and automation wizards to make this a killer addition to your CSA portal.
- CloudRadial CSA Automations is adding an open-source component to link forms directly to PowerShell scripts.

New Webinar Series: Office Hours
Whether you're a seasoned MSP or just starting, my new monthly webinar series, Office Hours, is your ticket to enhancing your product knowledge and aligning it with strategies for success.
I'll set the timer for 60 minutes, but aside from that, the floor is all yours.
Bring your questions, feedback, and maybe a beverage or two; it's your session, and I want to hear from you.
Sign up for Office Hours using this link. It's the same link for every month!
Other Improvements
-
Sentiment Score Removed - Removed the Microsoft AI Sentiment Score from Partner > Feedback. CloudRadial and Partners alike were tired of Microsoft showing inaccurate scores and demoralizing overworked technicians.
- Added Human Translations to French Canadian Localizations - Went back and improved on CloudRadial's French Canadian localization translation to make everything très bon.
Bug Fixes
- Endpoint > Software Not Updating Versions - Fixed a bug where the CloudRadial agent would display old versions of software on check-ins.
-
Blocking Endpoints Not Permanent - Blocking an endpoint now removes it from the list permanently, rather than showing up again after a few minutes. We told endpoints politely (yet firmly) to go away.
-
ConnectWise Block Hours Agreement Not Accurate - Changed the calculation method of hours from ConnectWise invoices to better match what's shown inside of the PSA.
-
SkyKick Lookups Not Pulling Through - Fixed 400 errors from SkyKick lookups that stopped their backups from showing in the portal.
-
Users Can See Dashboards That They Shouldn't - Fixed an issue where users could see dashboards, even if they weren't in the right user group.
-
Endpoint and Server Encryption Policies Are Incorrect - Fixed an issue where encrypted devices would fail the policy check and unencrypted devices would pass. We deleted the line of code that insisted it was "opposite day" every day for these policies.
