You can use the Web channel to add client chat to your company website or CloudRadial CSA portal. Whenever a new bot is created in CloudRadial Chat, a Web channel that is connected to the bot is automatically created.
To access the HTML script for your site, follow these steps:
- Log into CloudRadial Chat
- Select Channels from the left-hand feature set menu
- Select Web from the available channel links
You can access a link from the Web channel page to a test page for the client web channel. This link is available to anyone without logging into the portal, so it can be shared with anyone to test the chat.
This page also provides an HTML snippet that you can embed on your website or CSA portal. You can embed it on a single page or multiple pages within the site. Select the Copy Script button to copy the HTML to your clipboard for use in another application, like WordPress.
