CloudRadial Update 22-Feb-2024

Howdy, Partners. Hope you are all having a great year so far - we certainly are, as evidenced by our bug extermination festival (detailed below). We have new features coming that we're excited to announce by the next product update, so keep your eyes peeled.

New Features and Feature Improvements

UI Improvements

• Dark Theme UI Fix - Different UI Color for Ascending and Descending Arrows - Fixed an issue where the color of the arrows was not the same color as the UI in dark theme. All hail the dark theme consistency. 
  
  
• Dark Theme UI Fix - Different Color for Grid Count - Fixed an issue where the "Items Per Page" text box at the bottom of pages was a different color than the dark theme. All hail the dark theme. Again.
  
  
• Dark Theme UI Fix - Different Color for Grid Count - Fixed an issue where the clickable buttons (such as the Download button) were a different color than the UI in dark theme. All hail the dark theme. Again, and again. Perhaps forever.
  
  
• Partner > Settings > PSA - Lookup Box Shows Up at the Top Right Instead of Centered -Fixed an issue where the lookups would show up off-center. We straightened it out (...get it?).
• Menu Bar UI Adjustment - Fixed a display issue where collapsing the sidebar would show a tiny bit of text from the name of the section instead of just the icon. 

PSA-Specific Improvements

• Syncro Service Dashboard Timeouts - Fixed an issue with loading times of Syncro dashboards taking too long/timing out. They now happen within a human lifespan.
  
  
• Kaseya BMS "Test Credentials" Failing - Fixed an issue where the Kaseya BMS credentials would fail when testing the connection upon PSA setup. 
  
  
• Kaseya BMS Incorrect Ticket Creation Times - Adjusted the way that we communicate ticket creation time to reflect the correct date within CloudRadial's ticket details. It's sadly no longer possible to time travel with your tickets.

Automations Improvements

• Automations (Dark Theme) Product List is Not Legible - Fixed an issue where having a dark mode theme made the product list illegible. 
  
  

• Automations - Visible to Users - Fixed an issue where all users could see (but not access) the Automations tab. It is now only visible to appropriate roles. 
  
  

• Automations - HaloPSA - Fixed an issue where the sales representative for opportunities was not getting updated to the appropriate Agent. It is no longer a mystery assignment to figure out who should follow up on the task. 
  
  

• Partner > Automations > Email Activity - Email Body Overlaps the "Source" Dropdown - Fixed an issue where the email body text field would cover the various sources for email sources. We talked to both of the fields and told them to knock it off. 
  
  

• Automations - Tokens Don't Work in Webhooks - Fixed an issue where tokens would not pass between user input values in forms using webhook activities. 

Other Improvements

• Reporting > Software Pagination - Fixed an issue where software reporting under the global reporting section did not contain a dropdown to easily navigate to other pages of software. 
  
  
• Endpoint > Software List Not Displaying Software Updates - Fixed an issue where the software list would display outdated versions of software after they were updated. 
  
  
• "Copy to Clipboard" Function Not Working - Fixed an issue where the "Copy to Clipboard" button in CloudRadial did not copy any text. The button is no longer solely cosmetic. 
  
  
• Report a Problem - Adding the "Signature" Block Auto-Scrolls to the Right - Fixed a bug where adding a signature block would cause the Delete, Edit, and Save As buttons to scroll off the page. We gave them a stern talking to, and they now have decided to say permanently. 
  
  
• Settings > Company Groups Pagination Doesn't Work Properly - Fixed an issue where the wrong page was showing as selected when a user navigated through the options.
  
  
• Extra Partition in Tokens and Type Mappings Place - Fixed an issue where there would be an extra column in the two areas. 
  
  
• Partner > Settings > Feedback - Edit Button Missing - Fixed an issue where the edit button was missing, thereby not allowing user to edit their Feedback settings.
